Gundi Hofmann-Abell
Gundi is the “idea person” and a founding member
of the Gundi Productions team.
She is an insurance professional with more than 15
years of commercial insurance experience and over
9 years specializing in the restaurant industry.
Since she is committed to providing total service,
she has recognized various needs in the industry
where high-tech innovative multimedia can be
exploited to the benefit of the restaurant’s
operation.

Ken Loewenstern
Ken is the “technologist” of the group and also a
founding member of Gundi Productions.
With a Bachelors and Masters degree in engineering
from Drexel University and the University of
Pennsylvania, respectively, he has a natural flair
for high-tech multimedia production.
In
1996, when Ken was first introduced to the
Internet, he became intrigued with multimedia
technologies.
Today, still intrigued, Ken spends all his waking
hours immersed in learning new multimedia
technologies and explores their application to the
restaurant industry.
